BBQ Chicken

Sticky chicken in a sweet BBQ sauce are easy to make and great to share.

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl. Add the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly by hand to coat the thighs in the spice mix.
  3. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly oil.
  4. Transfer the chicken thighs skin side up to the baking tray, making sure the chicken pieces are not touching.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, combine the BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl to make the glaze.
  7. After 25 minutes, take the chicken out of the oven and brush over the glaze, making sure to brush each side of the chicken.
  8. Roast for 5 more minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and sticky.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs – 10
  • Plain Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Pepper – 2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder – 2 tsp
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil
  • BBQ Sauce – 5 tbsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
