Chocolate Salami

A super easy chocolate recipe kids will love to make. This chocolate salami keeps in the fridge for a week.

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
  2. Once melted, turn off the heat and add the milk. Mix until the chocolate begins to thicken.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts and almonds. Crush biscuits. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto some cling film and roll into a sausage shape, sealing the ends.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Dust with icing sugar and slice to serve.
