Fresh Tomato Chutney

This tomato chutney is spicy and fresh at the same time. The essential condiment to Mauritian street food.

Method:

  1. Wash and roughly chop the tomatoes. Remove the stalks from the coriander.
  2. Add the tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chilli, and salt into a food processor. Whizz until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fried Mauritian snacks.
