A flavour-packed, fresh Italian sauce, perfect for livening up pasta.
Boil water in a kettle. Transfer to a large saucepan with salt. Add the pasta and for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the pesto. Roughly chop the walnuts, peel and crush the garlic and juice the lemon into a bowl. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blend using a hand blender until smooth. Taste and season.
Drain the pasta and add to a large serving bowl. Stir the pesto through and finish with an extra grating of parmesan and black pepper.
