Mango Coleslaw

This fresh, colourful salad is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat and fish.

Method:

  1. Make the dressing by combining the honey, vinegar, hot sauce, olive oil, and lime juice together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Shred the red cabbage finely. Julienne the mango and red pepper. Grate the carrot. Finely chop the spring onion. Transfer all the vegetables to large bowl.
  3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and toss to combine.
