Omega Spaghetti

This super simple and quick recipe is packed with omega 3s, important fatty acids for brain health.

Method:

  1. Boil a kettle of water.
  2. Transfer the water to a saucepan. Salt the water well and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  3. Whilst the pasta is cooking, flake the smoked mackerel and smoked salmon. Set aside.
  4. Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan off the heat. Add in the flaked fish and the crème fraiche. Mix together carefully with tongs.
  5. Finish the pasta with black pepper and lemon juice. Serve with rocket.
