Raita

Raita soothes the spiciness of many curries and provides a fresh, creamy addition to any Indian meal.

Method:

  1. Peel and finely dice the red onion.
  2. De-seed and finely chop the cucumber.
  3. Finely chop the tomato.
  4. Finely chop the coriander.
  5. Add all ingredients into a bowl with natural yogurt.  Stir well  and  serve.

  • Red Onion – ½
  • Cucumber – ½
  • Tomato – 2
  • Fresh Coriander – 10g
  • Natural Yogurt – 150g
