Greetings 4Lunch friends!
Many of us have been spending a lot more time at home recently, and if you’re anything like me, you’ve been spending a lot more time in the kitchen.
Cooking has always been my favourite way of relaxing and immersing myself in the present moment. Since being forced into a coronavirus-imposed career break, I’ve embraced the extended time at home to experiment with more time-consuming recipes – bread, pastry, dumplings, cakes (all the good stuff in life) – as well as putting together a set of mini recipe books for beginner cooks.
Cooking can be very simple and straightforward. If you can understand the basic steps behind a recipe, you can make an impressive range of dishes without having to look up and follow individual recipes each time you want to cook.
In my first mini recipe book, I share with you one master recipe that will make 10 pasta dishes!
Pasta is probably the most simple and delicious food there is. If you’ve been missing the taste of your favourite Italian, or just enjoy devouring a comforting bowl of pasta, you will absolutely love these recipes!
Aglio e Olio
Sardine & Tomato
Ragu alla Bolognese
Now more than ever is a time to stay balanced and healthy. Appreciating and preparing good food for ourselves and our families is a great way to stay connected and physically and mentally healthy during this testing time. Hopefully, these recipes bring you a source of comfort and enjoyment for your time at home.
I have no idea how long I will be out of work, but on the bright side, there will be more recipes coming your way!

Lots of love,
