4Lunch was started by Amy Win whilst she was studying Politics and Economics at the University of Manchester.
During this time, Amy volunteered at a local charity supporting disadvantaged young people.
At the same time, street food markets were popping up all over the city.
Putting 2+2 together, Amy set up 4Lunch, a social enterprise that would offer work opportunities to young people. 4Lunch now offers cookery courses, training and volunteer placements to groups of all ages, having worked with over 550 people since 2013.
Her social enterprise work has since received a number of high-profile awards, including funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Big Lottery and Unltd.
Thank you to all of our supporters, funders and partners!
